What day! Okay so the lemonade detox was a success this morning, then I ended up putting a little twist on the detox rather than starving myself. It's a little much to explain, but making a long story short it'll be your average diet with a salt flush each morning. No white (bread, pasta, potatoes, etc.), no sweets, no sodas, only natural juices (my current favorite is Naked Mango Juice) and of course a daily workout routine.
I think this route will be a lot more successful versus starvation.
